The room was well-appointed, with smoke detectors and wonderful views. Very good service, although a few employees were busy. The location was excellent, you can visit Radio by walking.
Well, the area was really busy overall.

Unbeatable and excellent location for our needs, next to other places in 10-15 minutes, a gorgeous square with tapas and wine bars and the restaurants and bars were throwing away the garbage on the dumpsters in the plaza. Situated only 1 km from a huge plaza.

The bed was extremely comfy and the room new-fashioned, nonetheless the view was ugly. It had clean facilities in the bathroom: hairdryers, bath robes, and shower caps. The location was incredible and magnificent, near a subway station.
The hotel staff was arrogant.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with comfortable beds and lovely, clean bathrooms. The location near the metro and within walking distance of museums, restaurants, and bars was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting us with room upgrades, luggage transfers, and even booking our train tickets.
The breakfast option could have been better with more variety and choices for guests.

Luxurious, fairly clean hotel with knowledgeable staff and a rooftop bar. Magnificent and perfect location in Madrid, near to all the main sights of downtown Madrid, and the Royal Palace, Puerta del sol, plaza mayor and other places in 10-15 minutes. Besides, very convenient to Radio.

This hotel is very chic and very cool
A (very) minor difficulty about printing Ryanair boarding passes on Sunday morning. Given the prevalence of Ryanair, essential that hotels are able to print boarding passes without major technical issues. Problem was that no printer easily accessible from internet in business centre

We have stayed in this stylish hotel for 3 nights, everything was fantastic, the location was amazing close to everything in the city centre. The breakfast was excellent for croissants; the staff were outstandingly accommodating.
Views were ugly.

The hotel had a prime location, with easy access to popular tourist spots. It was also conveniently located near transportation options. Additionally, the staff was helpful and provided excellent customer service.
Our stay was marred by the noise from the rooftop bar. The volume was unbearable, and we had to request it to be turned down in the middle of the night.
